Artist Bio

Chelsea Kaye

Chelsea is a multi hyphenate comedian-writer-actor-author who enjoys working on creative projects that stem from authentic, vulnerable places and take the audience on an unexpected and meaningful ride.

Her first live performance in third grade kindled her love of performing and from there, she continued acting, singing and dance lessons throughout her grade school years. In college, Chelsea performed in stage shows throughout West Michigan, and graduated with a theatre degree from Aquinas College.

In 2017, after just three months of doing stand up comedy, Chelsea landed a spot in the national comedy-charity festival LaughFest. After developing her craft a bit more, she moved to Los Angeles to seriously pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She’s performed at Second City Hollywood, Flappers Comedy Club and more in the Los Angeles area.

In 2020, due to the pandemic, Chelsea took a hiatus from live performing and focused on writing, producing several full length scripts and competing in various screenplay festivals.

Currently, Chelsea lives in Los Angeles full time and continues her work in stand-up, acting, voiceover and writing.
